A Discord mod tells someone to screen-share to fix a mint. The share shows the seed in a notes file. The role was fake. The screen share was the theft.
Support
You have a problem, or they invent one. They will not solve it in the official ticket. They want AnyDesk, a screen share, or the seed. Close the chat and open the real site yourself.
Jobs and mods
A job that pays in crypto for simple tasks, then asks you to deposit, is not a job. A moderator who messages you first is often not a moderator.
Real projects do not need your seed to pay you.

Fake support, fake jobs, and fake moderators are the same ask in different clothes. A job pays in crypto and then asks you to pay a fee to release the wage. A moderator tells you to screen-share so they can fix a mint, and the share shows a seed in a notes file. A support agent in a chat asks for the words to unlock a withdrawal the real firm has paused. The 2020 Twitter hack was the celebrity version. The Ledger phishing that followed the customer leak was the personal version: they knew your name.
Companies do have support queues. Those queues live on the site you bookmarked, and they ask for documents, not seeds, and not remote-control software. AnyDesk and a stranger are not a security review. They are the keys to the machine.
If the conversation leaves the public channel, you have already been moved to where nobody can correct them. Go back to the bookmark. If the bookmark does not know about the conversation, the conversation is not theirs.
Read it yourself
