Rules
Promoting crypto, and telling a person what to do with their money, is regulated. In the UK the rules are strict. This page is not legal advice.
In the UK the rules on promoting crypto are strict. This page is not legal advice, and it is not a ruling on any coin.
A worked case
A project says a lesson mentioned their category, so the lesson endorsed them. It did not. A firm that is not allowed to promote to you may still find you. Their breach does not make the coin safer.
Plain language
A financial promotion is an invitation to invest. Advice is a personal recommendation. TXKN does not do either. A project that pays for a listing is buying space, not a blessing.
Your side
A firm that is not allowed to promote to you may still find you. Their breach does not make the coin safer. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask someone qualified. Do not ask a Telegram admin.
A promotion is not a lesson, and this lesson is not legal advice
In the UK, promoting crypto to the public is regulated. From October 2023 the Financial Conduct Authority's financial promotion rules covered qualifying cryptoassets. The FCA has warned, restricted, and taken down promotions that did not meet the standard. The detail belongs to a lawyer, not to this page. What belongs here is the line: an invitation to invest is not the same thing as an explanation of how a wallet works. TXKN does not invite you to invest. If a project quotes a lesson as an endorsement, the project is lying about the lesson.
A firm that is not allowed to promote to you may still find you, in an ad, a group, or a referral code. Their breach does not make the coin safer. It means they were willing to ignore a rule on the way in, which is information about the people, not a refund.
The FCA's own consumer research sits beside the promotions regime for a reason. Almost everyone has heard of crypto. Far fewer hold any. The promotions are aimed at that gap. This page is not a ruling on any coin, and it is not advice. If you need to know whether something is allowed, ask someone qualified. Do not ask a Telegram admin.
Read it yourself
These links are the record. They are not a recommendation, and they are not instructions. A news story or a court paper can still be wrong about a detail. The check does not change because a famous name is in the story.

Open a question. The line is about this topic. It is not a verdict that anything is safe.
A promoter, if they are paid to invite you in. Not TXKN, for reading.
The law, and the firm's permissions. Ask someone qualified.
A regulator's rule can stop a promotion. It does not refund a coin you already bought.

Is TXKN telling you which coin will pass the UK rules?
No. And this course is not legal advice.
After this you can tell a lesson from a promotion, and treat this page as not legal advice.
